From pharmacy to people: a career spent on what makes leaders effective.
Jyoti began with a degree in pharmacy and an MBA from XLRI, and found her calling in how people learn to lead. Her work spans leadership transformation, executive coaching, talent assessment, organisational effectiveness and change management.
She is a certified psychometric practitioner and was a master trainer for several GE leadership courses. With A-Cube Consulting she has built customised learning solutions for organisations across industries, from first-time managers to senior leadership teams.
Her approach draws on the Bhagavad Gita’s paths of Gyan, Karma and Bhakti, the root of A-Cube’s Acquire, Achieve, Ascend model.
