Portrait of Ashita Dhir

Programme designer, facilitator & strategy consultant

Ashita Dhir

Ashita designs and delivers A-Cube’s leadership programmes, turning a client’s business challenge into learning people can use at work the next morning. She brings 15+ years across strategy, operations and corporate learning, an MBA in Marketing and Strategy from IIM Ranchi, and PMP certification.

Her recent work includes a five-programme leadership suite for PwC India’s advisory practice (delegation, accountability and ownership, conflict resolution, structured communication and effective habits), change-management learning for senior associates at Strategy& India, and PwC’s People Management Effectiveness programme. Every programme she builds runs on live cases, pre- and post-assessments and a take-home workbook, so the shift can be seen and measured.

Before A-Cube she worked in operations at Sutherland Global Services, consulted across technology, healthcare, education, e-commerce, hospitality and finance in India, the USA, Canada and the Middle East, and founded StringWorks, a social enterprise connected to India’s artisan ecosystem. She is now training as a coach on the ICF ACC pathway.
