We wrote it in plain language. If anything is unclear, write to us at contact@acubeconsulting.in.

2. What we collect
| When | What we collect |
|---|---|
| You send an enquiry through our Contact Us form | Name, email, mobile number, whether you are an individual, organisation or student, organisation or college, role, the services you are interested in, team size, how you heard about us, your preferred way to be contacted, your message, and your consent choices. |
| You take our leadership style quiz (online or on paper at an event) | Name, email, phone, role, organisation or college, interests, anyone you suggest we speak to, your answers, your result, where you took the quiz (for example an event) and your consent choices. |
| You take one of our leadership checks (Core, Connect, Collaborate or Cultivate) | Name, email, optional mobile number, who you are (for example manager, HR or student), optional organisation or college, your answers and score, and whether you would like occasional updates. We use this to show and email your result and, if you ask, to follow up. |
| You book a conversation or enquire through a pop-up on our coaching or programme pages | Name, email, optional mobile number, your preferred way to be contacted, organisation, role, your message, and whether you would like occasional updates. |
| You share feedback on a programme | Your feedback, name, designation, organisation, the programme or service, optional email, and whether we may quote you publicly and show your name with the quote. |
| You email, call or message us | Your contact details and whatever you choose to tell us. |
| You visit the website | Basic technical information your browser sends to any website (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested), which our hosting provider records in standard server logs. If a page is not found, the missing web address is logged so we can fix broken links; we do not store your IP address with it. |
We do not ask for sensitive information such as financial details, health information or government ID numbers through this website. Please do not include them in your messages.
3. Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange any conversation you ask for.
- To email you your quiz result, when you ask for it.
- To contact you about our coaching, programmes and events, only if you tick the optional box that allows this.
- To understand which services people are interested in, so we can improve what we offer.
- To keep records we are required to keep by law (for example, tax records if you become a client).
We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the boxes on our forms, and on the uses the DPDP Act allows when you voluntarily give us your details for a specific purpose (such as replying to an enquiry). We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decisions about you. Your quiz result is a conversation starter, not a psychometric assessment.
4. Who we share it with
Your data is seen only by the A-Cube Consulting team members who need it to respond to you. We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:
- Google (Gmail, Google Sheets and Google Apps Script): to receive form submissions, store enquiries and quiz responses, and send emails. Google may store data on servers outside India.
- Our website hosting provider: to run this website and keep its server logs.
- Google Fonts: the website loads its typefaces from Google’s servers, which means your browser shares your IP address with Google when a page loads.
We may also disclose data where the law requires it, for example to comply with a lawful request from a government authority.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
This website does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. WordPress sets cookies only for people who log in to manage the site. Our quiz and contact forms may briefly save your submission in your own browser so it can be resent if your connection drops; it is removed once it has been delivered. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent where required.
6. How long we keep it
- Enquiries and quiz responses: up to 24 months from our last contact with you, then deleted, unless you become a client.
- Client records: for as long as needed for the engagement and as required by tax and other laws.
- If you withdraw consent or ask us to delete your data, we delete it unless the law requires us to keep it.
7. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you can:
- ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
- ask us to correct, complete, update or delete your data;
- withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it (for example, by replying “unsubscribe” to any email from us);
- have a grievance addressed by us; and
- nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of death or incapacity.
To use any of these rights, email contact@acubeconsulting.in with the subject “Privacy request”. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on the request. We aim to respond within 30 days.
8. Grievances
If you have a concern about how we handle your personal data, contact our Grievance Officer at contact@acubeconsulting.in or by post at D-73, Kalkaji, New Delhi 110019. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
9. Children
This website and our quiz are meant for adults, including college students aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us their details, please write to us and we will delete them.
10. Security
We keep personal data in access-controlled accounts, limit access to the people who need it and use encrypted (HTTPS) connections on this website. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach affecting your data occurs we will inform you and the Data Protection Board as the law requires.
11. Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices change, and show the date of the latest version at the top.
