A coach and a leader in conversation

Is this for you?

Coaching works best when something important is at stake.

  • You have stepped into a bigger role and the old playbook isn’t enough.
  • Feedback keeps pointing at the same blind spot.
  • You need to lead change, a difficult team or a high-stakes relationship.
  • You are a high-potential leader your organisation wants to invest in.

Questions leaders ask

Is it confidential?

Yes. What you discuss stays between you and your coach. If your organisation sponsors the coaching, we agree up front what progress is shared, and how.

Online or in person?

Either. Most sessions run online, so your location does not matter.

How long does it take?

One-on-one coaching runs as 6, 12 or 18 sessions of 40 minutes each, spaced to suit your calendar, with practice between sessions. Group and student coaching are designed around your cohort and timelines.

Can my company pay?

Yes. Many engagements are sponsored by the employer; we can send a proposal to HR or L&D.
